    This 58-home project in Seven Kings will consist of 16 one-bedrooms, 32 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom units. Plans have been developed in partnership with London Borough of Redbridge, with grant support from the GLA and development funding.

    This 70,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme was pre-let and pre-sold, with affordable housing units part pre-sold to Housing Associations. The construction, by Kanhiya Construction, was funded by the owners, with grant funding injected into S106 units.

    A 65,000 sq ft mixed-use scheme, consisting of 100+ serviced hotel apartments. The property was pre-let to a national operator. The development was constructed by Kanhiya Construction and forward-funded. The scheme was also Winner of the New London Awards 2013.
